Aim High privacy policy
Updated October 22, 2026
This policy covers Aim High: Catch And Collect from Behncke Mobile Games, including its mobile and browser editions. Contact us at bxb@behnckemobilegames.com for privacy questions or requests. Other games on this website have separate policies.
Playing and saving
No Aim High account is required. Coins, catches, upgrades, characters, settings and unfinished flights are saved on your device. We do not operate an Aim High cloud-save account or synchronize progress between the mobile and browser editions. Device backups and transfers may keep copies according to your Apple or Android settings.
The browser edition saves progress in browser storage. Clearing site data, removing the app or changing devices can remove your progress. Local recovery copies are not an online backup.
Children and families
Aim High is intended for all ages, including children under 13. The mobile release asks for a broad age group without requesting a name or date of birth. That choice is stored only on the device and is not sent to us. Selecting an older age does not unlock different content or personalized advertising.
The mobile release applies child-directed, under-age treatment and a general-audience ad-content limit to every player. Ad personalization is disabled. It does not request Apple's tracking permission, and the Android release removes advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions. Optional Unity advertising and analytics consent is denied. These settings do not mean that advertising, purchasing and hosting services process no information.
Purchases, restoring purchases and external support/privacy links in the mobile release are behind a parent interaction. This interaction is not identity verification or a substitute for legally required parental consent. There is no player chat, public profile, photo upload or location permission. Parents should send support requests on a child's behalf and avoid including unnecessary information about the child.
Advertising
The mobile editions use Google AdMob for a bottom banner and optional rewarded ads. Watching an available rewarded ad can earn the upgrade shown before the ad. Availability depends on the network and provider; an ad is not required to play. Preview builds may show test ads. The current browser edition has no in-game advertising.
Google's SDK can process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), app/device information, ad interactions and diagnostic or performance data to deliver and measure ads, operate the service and prevent fraud. Identifier handling depends on the platform and the child-directed restrictions described above. We do not provide a player name or email address to AdMob. Ad Privacy Options appears in the game when Google's consent service requires it.
Purchases
The mobile editions offer a one-time Remove All Ads purchase, with no subscription. The store displays the local price before payment. Apple or Google processes payment; the game does not collect card details. Purchase status and transaction information are handled through Unity In-App Purchasing, and an ownership record is kept locally separately from gameplay progress.
Unity purchasing services may process transaction, device, installation/session and country information for purchase operation, validation, diagnostics and fraud prevention. Native-store purchases are used; the game does not offer Unity web checkout or ask for a separate Unity player account.
Confirmed ad removal stops banner and rewarded-ad requests. Occasional upgrade offers become free claims. Restore purchases with the same platform store account. Apple and Google purchases are separate, and removing ads does not erase records previously held by providers.
Support and website visits
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments and use them to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or a child's full name, address or date of birth. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, request times, device/browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The Aim High browser game does not require sign-in and does not include its own advertising or player-analytics service.
Your choices and requests
Local data remains until removed or replaced. You can clear browser site data or remove app data using device settings. Backups follow the platform's settings. This does not automatically delete purchase, advertising, hosting or support records held elsewhere.
Contact bxb@behnckemobilegames.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared with us, or to raise a concern about a child's information. Include only what is needed to identify the request. We may need to confirm that you are entitled to make it. We can help route requests concerning provider-controlled records; Apple, Google and Unity manage their own records and retention. Deleting local progress does not request a purchase refund.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their processing, safeguards, retention and available privacy choices. We update the date above when this policy changes. Older preview builds may differ from the release configuration described here.
